Initiate Your Return

Pack Your Vacuum

Securely place the vacuum and all included accessories into the original factory box to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
